Tranquil Trails Resorts is seeking an experienced and guest-centric Guest Relations Manager to lead our front-of-house hospitality operations and elevate the overall guest experience. As the primary point of contact for high-value guests, you will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors receive a seamless, personalized, and memorable stay from check-in to departure. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
You will coordinate closely with housekeeping, F&B, concierge, and reservations teams to manage special guest requests, VIP arrivals, and feedback management. A key part of the role will also include training junior front office staff, implementing guest service SOPs, and tracking service quality KPIs through feedback systems and review platforms. Your mission is to foster a culture of warmth, responsiveness, and service excellence while maintaining brand standards in every guest interaction. Prior experience in a 4-star or 5-star property is highly desirable.
